Description

XP-100 Cream Developer is a stabilised cream peroxide for all oxidation colour, lightening and bleaching applications. The formula has been specially created to protect the hair fibre from the direct aggressisive effects of hydrogen peroxide. It helps keep the colour bright and improve colour stability. Available in 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume. (3%, 6%, 9% and 12%)
