The Association of Hairdressers and Therapists was founded 1963 by therapy and hairdressing specialists to exchange good practice and support each other.It has 300+ members in the UK, made up of teachers, trainers or assessors of therapy and hairdressing subjects.The AHT stage the largest UK student competitions - regional area heats into National Final event. AHT activities include area meetings, annual seminar for updates on skills, National Standards, Qualifications, Education and Training Initiatives, Manufacturers and Specialist Demonstrations.
