Terms & Conditions

Full payment for training courses must be made at the time of booking. Contact details including both mobile number and email address are a compulsory requirement of booking. In the rare and unforeseen event of an educator being unable to deliver the training through circumstances beyond our control, (severe weather conditions, traffic problems, ill health etc.) which results in course cancellation, Dennis Williams ill contact the delegate by either email or text using the contact details provided at the booking stage and a full refund or alternative course date will be offered. Dennis Williams are NOT liable should the delegate's contact details be incorrect or if the delegate fails to pick up the message. Dennis Williams is not liable for any contingent costs such as travel expenses, childcare, potential loss of income or any other associated costs.

If you need to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

  • 7 days or more – a full refund will be given
  • 2-6 days – an alternative date will be offered or 50% refund issued, at our discretion
  • Less than 2 days including non-attendance – no refund will be issued

In the event of a course being held where you might have to provide your own equipment such as combs, brushes, dryers, gowns, scissors etc., you will be informed. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that any electrical equipment brought to the course by themselves is safe and in good working order. If a course requires a model it is the delegate's responsibility to ensure that where appropriate a skin test has been carried out on the model at least 48 hours prior to the course, following the manufacturers' instructions for the product being used. Delegates must ensure that they have relevant insurance cover. Equipment and possessions remain the delegate's responsibility whilst on our premises.

Dennis Williams reserve the right to change the tutor at any time without prior notice, but the quality of the course and training provided will not be affected.

Upon arrival at the training venue delegates must sign in to comply with fire and safety regulations. Dennis Williams reserve the right to decline any bookings.
